This declaration came after a meeting between Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand and Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar during the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
Following the meeting, Anand highlighted India’s status as one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic economies in the world. The two ministers reviewed the progress of the Canada-India roadmap, which outlines areas of collaboration including trade, security, energy, mobility, innovation, and defense.
