Benoit Blanc’s Wardrobe Gets an Upgrade in ‘Wake Up Dead Man’ First Look

Date:

While the mystery is the main event, Benoit Blanc’s wardrobe is a close second. The first look at Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery reveals a significant style upgrade for the famous detective. Daniel Craig’s character has ditched his more casual attire for a sharp three-piece suit and a longer, more distinguished hairstyle.
This new look accompanies Blanc’s most perplexing case to date—the murder of a Catholic priest (played by Josh Brolin) in the middle of a service. The crime, which Blanc deems “impossible,” sets a somber and serious tone, which is perfectly complemented by the detective’s more formal and sophisticated appearance.
The film surrounds the smartly dressed detective with a cast of equally impressive stars, including Glenn Close, Kerry Washington, Mila Kunis, and Jeremy Renner. This ensemble of potential culprits will surely test Blanc’s intellect, no matter how well-dressed he is for the occasion.
After premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6th, this stylish mystery is set for a worldwide release. Wake Up Dead Man will grace select theaters on November 26th before arriving on Netflix for streaming on December 12th.
