Nissan and LiCAP Partner on Sustainable EV Battery Technology

SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Nissan and LiCAP Technologies have announced a strategic partnership to advance electric vehicle battery production.

The companies will focus on LiCAP’s dry electrode process, eliminating harmful chemicals and boosting efficiency. This effort aligns with Nissan’s long-term sustainability goals and commitment to cleaner transportation.

“Our collaboration with Nissan is an exciting step toward safer, greener batteries,” said Dr. Linda Zhong, CEO of LiCAP Technologies.
